Zoom - Help Step 1 Meeting hostsThe host or other participants needs to provide the meeting ID. Select Participants then Invite from a meeting that has already started. Step 2 The meeting ID will be at the top of the window that opens. Alternatively, share the invite link or invitation with participants. Step 3 Meeting Participants To join a meeting, open Zoom and click the Join button. Step 4 Enter the Meeting ID and check your name appears as you'd like, then click Join.
