Data Integration Request

Data integration connects systems together to automatically transfer data between them. Use this form to request a new data integration or changes to an existing one.

 

Note: Third-party systems handling university data require Digital Technology Compliance Review approval (formerly ITC Review). If your integration changes how data is used or increases risk, a re-review may be required.

 

Before You Start

This form should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Have this information ready:

  • Business problem or opportunity this integration addresses.
  • Data systems involved (for example, Slate, Salesforce, CU-SIS).
  • Data types to be integrated (for example, student records, course data).
  • Preferred completion date and any hard deadlines.
  • Contact details for people who should be involved.

 

What Happens Next

  1. Our Data Engineering team will review your request.
  2. We'll contact you by email within one week to set up a 30-minute guided requirements discussion.
  3. We'll discuss your needs and outline the remaining steps (data governance review, development and ongoing support).
