Service Restored on 10/30/25 at 8:20AM: Microsoft service issues for CU Boulder have been resolved. This includes Autopilot, Microsoft 365 applications and admin centers.
Service Issue Reported on 10/29/25 at 10:56AM: OIT is aware of an issue with Microsoft's Cloud infrastructure that is affecting multiple Microsoft provided Services. OIT is investigating the issue and will provide updates as we learn more.
Affected Services
- Autopilot- the technology used to set up Secure Computing Windows computers.
- Users may be unable to access some Microsoft 365 applications and admin centers and see delays when accessing other Microsoft 365 services
