Service Restored at 2:26PM on Oct. 6, 2026: Power has been and operations have fully been restored in both data centers. OIT will continue to monitor as normal.
Service Issue Updated at 1:00pm on Oct. 6, 2026: Power has been restored to both data centers. HPCF is still being monitored before we proceed with further network restore operations, but CINC network services are back online and fully operational.
Service Issue Reported at 11:45 a.m. on Oct. 6, 2026: The High-Performance Computing Facility (HPCF) and Center for Innovation and Creativity (CINC) data centers are down due to an Xcel utility event. We are onsite and awaiting estimated restoration times from Xcel.
