Service Restored at 11:37 AM on 10/7/2025: PlayPosit has reported the grade sync with Canvas issue is resolved. Please be sure to re-sync any bulbs that were experiencing the issue to ensure all grades are accurate.
Service Issue Updated at 3:59 PM on 9/30/2025: Intermittent errors continue to occur when automatically syncing PlayPosit grades to Canvas. OIT has engaged the vendor and is working to identify a solution.
Service Issue Reported at 8:21 AM on 9/30/2025: PlayPosit is experiencing issues with automatic grade sync with Canvas. The vendor has been notified. Grades in PlayPosit are unaffected but are not being synced with the Canvas gradebook.
