Service Issue Updated at 5:27 PM on 8/21/2025: New Zoom recordings are being successfully processed. However, there is a backlog of existing recordings that are still being processed. OIT will provide another update when the backlog has finished processing.
Service Issue Reported at 10:06 AM on 8/21/2025: Zoom cloud recordings are experiencing delays processing and may take longer than usual to be viewable after meetings end. OIT is engaged with Zoom to work on a resolution.
