Service Restored at 4:05 PM on 8/20/2025: IdentiKey activation emails with the correct PINs have been resent.
Service Updated at 3:00 PM on 8/20/2025: OIT has received reports that PINs in the resent emails contain the word "PIN" instead of a unique PIN. We are investigating this issue.
Service Updated at 2:35 PM on 8/20/2025: The email service has been restored and all IdentiKey activation emails have been resent.
Service Issue Reported at 01:14 PM on 8/20/2025: OIT is aware of new students, including Coursera students, reporting that they have not received their New CU Boulder Login Account IdentiKey Activation emails. We are investigating the issue and working on resending these emails.
