Service Issue Resolved at 5:16 PM on 8/20/2025: The PlayPosit issue caused by the upgrade from LTI v1.1 to 1.3 has been resolved by the vendor.
Service Issue Updated at 11:00 AM on 8/14/2025: OIT has reported that all PlayPosit Assignments for the August semester courses are now viewable.
Service Issue Reported at 9:13 AM on 8/14/2025: Some PlayPosit assignments in Canvas are currently not available. Due to an LTI shift from 1.1 to 1.3, some assignments fail to load when students attempt to view them. In some cases an instructor or Canvas admin will need to open the PlayPosit assignments in Canvas in order for them to migrate to the new LTI. However this issue is both intermittent and is resolved when an instructor or admin clicks on the assignment. OIT is working with the vendor to determine whether it would be better to wait for the migration to complete or to roll back to LTI v1.1.
