eduroam - Register Your iPhone or iPad

Step 1

Open a non-Chrome browser* and go to the iOS configuration start page.

*Notes:

  • Users have reported issues when using the Google Chrome browser to complete this step.
  • Use UCB Wireless, UCB Guest or another network to download and first sign in to this app. Be aware that eduroam will fail or show out of range if you're not on campus while trying to connect.

Step 2

Enter your IdentiKey username in the IdentiKey username field, then tap the JoinNow button.

Step 3

In the Install Profile screen that appears, tap Install.

Step 4

Enter your device's Passcode, if prompted.
 

Step 5

A screen will appear asking to install security certificates. Tap Install.

Step 6

In the Enter Password screen, type your IdentiKey password in the corresponding field, then tap Next.

Step 7

You will be taken to a Profile Installed screen. Tap Done.

Step 8

You should now be set up and connected to eduroam.

If you are not connected to the eduroam network, press the Home button, then move to step 9.

Step 9

Tap Settings.

Step 10

Tap Wi-Fi.

Step 11

To troubleshoot, first check to make sure you have Wi-Fi turned on.

After your device recognizes available networks, tap the eduroam option to connect.
