Conditions
The software can be used for:
- Academic teaching & learning activities.
- Academic research conducted by students or faculty, intended for publication, conferences, or public dissemination.
- Thesis and dissertation work that supports degree requirements.
- Research supporting faculty tenure, provided it is non-commercial and academically oriented.
The software can't be used for:
- Commercial activities, consulting, or services for profit.
- Non-academic research not tied to coursework, degree requirements, or academic dissemination.
- Administrative tasks related to university business operations.
Where it can be installed
- Permitted on university-owned devices and personal devices of authorized users.
- Users may access the software off-campus, provided the use complies with academic purposes and licensing terms.
Other conditions
- Users must maintain academic eligibility and renew licenses annually.
- Each user must have a verified academic email and My JMP account.
- License is non-transferable and restricted to the authorized individual.
Cost
Available at no cost to eligible affiliations.
