Overview

A Data Center is a specially designed computer room with high standards to ensure the integrity and proper functioning of its hosted computing environments.

Significant resources are utilized on campus to create, route, store, and search for paper documents. The Paperless Campus initiative was undertaken to minimize the waste associated with these practices by identifying and making available workflows and technologies designed to reduce the need to use paper as a medium for transferring information.

What is SensusAccess?

SensusAccess is a web-based document conversion solution that transforms text and image-based file types into different formats. Students, staff and faculty can upload files and select from a variety of output options, including audio, braille, and digital text formats.

Overview

Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based suite of solutions that includes Outlook as the email and calendaring environment, as well as collaborative office applications such as Office Web Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams and Stream.

Google Workspace apps including Groups, Chat, Drive and Sites makes online collaboration more effective. Plus, everyone on our campus has a Google account tied to their IdentiKey account; no more guessing if the person on the other end has compatible programs to view, comment and edit documents.
