Service Issue Restored at 6:15 AM on 8/26/2025: The campus call centers are now in a normal operational state. The original issue was identified and remediated.
Service Issue Updated at 11:07 AM on 8/19/2025: Campus call centers are now working through our backup server. OIT is still investigating the original issue.
Service Issue Reported at 9:47 AM on 8/19/2025: Campus call centers are currently unable to receive calls, callers will receive a busy signal when attempting to call in. OIT is working to resolve the issue. In the meantime it is recommended to email the office you are needing to contact.
