Student & employee campus experiences; disaggregation by identity & experience

A campus culture survey is designed to assess the experiences, perceptions, and attitudes of students, faculty, and staff within a campus community. Its purpose is to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement in the campus environment. Topics often include diversity and inclusion, equity, safety, engagement, and overall satisfaction. The results help institutions develop strategies to enhance the campus culture and create a more supportive and inclusive environment for everyone.
