Issue Resolved at 12:00 pm on 5/29/19: CU Alert: All Production Services Now Available As of 12:00 p.m. all production services have been restored. There are no outstanding issues.

Issue Update at 11:03 am on 5/29/19: System Administration Email (CU.edu) is now available. All remaining production services continue to be unavailable. UIS is working to restore remaining services and will provide more information as it becomes available.

Physics Router Emergency Repair

Update 1/24/25 at 11:50 p.m. - Thank you for your patience. The network has been restored to buildings connected through the Physics router.

Update 1/24/25 at 10 p.m. - The emergency maintenance on the Physics router is still in progress. Our network engineers are doing more technical troubleshooting to restore the service. There is no estimated time for restoration at this point. Check back here for updates.

Identikey Manager Delays

Service Restored on 1/24/2025 at 5:54 PM: OIT has confirmed the delays impacting the Identikey Manager have been resolved. Account changes, including password updates, through identikey.colorado.edu should be restored to normal processing times.

Enterprise Applications including Campus Solutions & Portals

UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications from 6 a.m. to noon on Sunday, Jan. 26. This maintenance is necessary to install a critical patch update to CU's systems.

Impact

During the maintenance window, Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, and some of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable (see Unavailable Services below). There will also be a delay in campus IdentiKey provisioning.

Classroom Capture (Mediasite)

Canvas courses linking to the Classroom Capture video channels may experience intermittent loading errors.

Canvas Self-Service Course Creation & Web Grading

OIT will perform maintenance on LMSManager, a system that supports Canvas, from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 29 (revised date). This maintenance is necessary to move LMSManager to a new application platform and will occur during Canvas's standard maintenance window.

IdentiKey Manager & Grouper

An internal business process that is expected to run for approximately 24 hours beginning at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22, may cause processing delays in IdentiKey Manager and Enterprise Access Management (Grouper).

Impact

For a 24-hour period starting at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22, users may experience delays in IdentiKey creation, account changes, and other IdentiKey Manager and Enterprise Access Management (Grouper) processes.

Turnitin will undergo maintenance by the vendor from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 18.

Impact

During the maintenance window, Turnitin.com and the Canvas Turnitin integration will be unavailable, and users will be unable to access Turnitin features.

Service Restored on 1/8/2025 at 9:06 AM: OIT has restored service to call services and Contact Centers are able to make and receive calls now.
