Issue Resolved at 12:00 pm on 5/29/19: CU Alert: All Production Services Now Available As of 12:00 p.m. all production services have been restored. There are no outstanding issues.
Issue Update at 11:03 am on 5/29/19: System Administration Email (CU.edu) is now available. All remaining production services continue to be unavailable. UIS is working to restore remaining services and will provide more information as it becomes available.
Turnitin will undergo maintenance by the vendor from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 9.
During the maintenance window, Turnitin.com and the Canvas Turnitin integration will be unavailable, and users will be unable to access Turnitin features.
The ENGR-CORE router will be upgraded to new hardware from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 7. During this upgrade window, network traffic will be moved to alternate paths. This upgrade is necessary to replace outdated hardware, allow for future growth and consume fewer resources.
During the maintenance window, network traffic will be moved to secondary paths using other core routers. No service impact is expected.
IdentiKey Manager (identikey.colorado.edu) will be moved to an upgraded production environment between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 7. This work is necessary to improve security and plan for upcoming contract expirations.
During the maintenance window, IdentiKey Manager will be unavailable for approximately one hour and IdentiKey provisioning may be delayed. Services that are dependent on IdentiKey Manager may also experience brief service degradations (see Affected Services).
The F5 software in the Computing Center will undergo maintenance between 5 and 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 6. This maintenance is required to update the software to a new version.
Services dependent on the current F5 software are not expected to be affected by this upgrade, but may experience a brief degradation in service during the maintenance window.

The CCDC firewall will undergo an update between 7:30 and 8 a.m. on Wednesday, July 30. The work being done during the maintenance window is required to address a security issue.
No outage is expected, but it’s possible that the firewall may experience a brief disruption during the maintenance window. Voice and Wireless networks will not be affected. If you experience an issue after the maintenance is completed, please restart your device and try to reconnect.
UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 26.
During the maintenance window, Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, and some of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable (see Unavailable Services below). There will also be a delay in campus IdentiKey provisioning.
