Multiple UIS services remain unavailable, including MyCUInfo

Issue Resolved at 12:00 pm on 5/29/19: CU Alert: All Production Services Now Available As of 12:00 p.m. all production services have been restored. There are no outstanding issues.

Issue Update at 11:03 am on 5/29/19: System Administration Email (CU.edu) is now available. All remaining production services continue to be unavailable. UIS is working to restore remaining services and will provide more information as it becomes available.

Zoom Outage

Service Restored at 2:55 PM on 4/16/2025: OIT has confirmed the issue impacting Zoom meetings and the Zoom web portal has been resolved. Users should now be able to access Zoom again.

Apple enrollment and Self Service down for CU Boulder Secure computing devices.

Service Restored at 7:30 a.m. on 4/16/2025: The issue with Jamf Cloud has been resolved. Enrollment for Secure Computing and Self Service are now back online.

Service Issue Reported at 3:32 p.m. on 4/15/25: OIT is aware of an issue with Jamf Cloud affecting enrollment and access to self service functionality for CU Boulder Secure Computing devices running on macOS, iPadOS, and iOS. OIT is engaged with the vendor for investigation and are working to resolve the issue.

Enterprise Applications including Campus Solutions & Portals

UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications from 6 a.m. to noon on Sunday, April 20.

Impact

During the maintenance window, Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, and some of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable (see Unavailable Services below). There will also be a delay in campus IdentiKey provisioning.

Intermittent Authentication Issues

Service Restored at 10:15 AM on 3/27/2025: OIT has identified the root cause of the issue and taken steps to address it. We believe that authentication to all services has now been restored. Jira is Currently Unavailable

Service Issue Resolved at 9:10 AM on 3/24/2025: OIT's Jira instance (jira.colorado.edu) has recovered and is now operating normally.

Service Issue Reported at 8:17 AM on 3/24/2025: OIT's Jira instance (jira.colorado.edu) is currently unavailable after a planned reboot earlier this morning. We are investigating the issue.

HPCF Data Center Outage

Updated at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 24: The HPCF Data Center has been fully restored. 

Updated at 1:05 a.m. on Monday, March 24: Power has been restored in the HPCF Data Center. The Networking team has brought systems back online and will further confirm operations are back to normal with customers later this morning.
