Service Issue Reported at 12:53 PM on 5/30/2025: The Zoom Canvas integration is currently experiencing an outage, with users unable to access Zoom via Canvas. OIT is investigating and will continue to update.
Issue Resolved at 12:00 pm on 5/29/19: CU Alert: All Production Services Now Available As of 12:00 p.m. all production services have been restored. There are no outstanding issues.
Issue Update at 11:03 am on 5/29/19: System Administration Email (CU.edu) is now available. All remaining production services continue to be unavailable. UIS is working to restore remaining services and will provide more information as it becomes available.
Service Restored at 8:14 PM on 6/27/2025: OIT has resolved issues accessing the Buff Portal.

Service Restored at 8:47 AM on 6/26/2025: OIT has confirmed that the issues affecting our Oracle Identity Manager service are now resolved.
Service Issue Reported at 8:15 AM on 6/26/2025 : OIT is aware that Oracle Identity Manager service (OIM) is currently inaccessible. Other services such as Aurora may be impacted, as well. We are investigating the issue and will provide updates.
Science Network services in the Space Science Building (SPSC) will undergo an upgrade between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2. The work being done during the maintenance will improve functionality for systems hosted in the SPSC datacenter.
OIT does not anticipate an outage during the maintenance window, however, customers with systems hosted on the science network should be aware of the possibility of an outage.
Service Restored at 3:15 PM on 6/25/2025: OIT has confirmed the issue impacting Teams calls to outside numbers has been resolved.
Service Issue Reported at 11:30 AM on 6/25/2025: OIT is receiving reports of Teams not making outside calls. Internal calls appear to be working. OIT is investigating the issue.
Service Restored at 11:45 PM on 6/21/2025: OIT became aware of an issue impacting the Federated Identity Service around 6:30 PM on 6/21/25. Users were unable to log in to any service behind the Federated Identity Service including Buff Portal, MyCUInfo, the VPN, and more. The issue has now been resolved and users should be able to sign in.
UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 22.
During the maintenance window, Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, and some of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable (see Unavailable Services below). There will also be a delay in campus IdentiKey provisioning.
