Multiple UIS services remain unavailable, including MyCUInfo

Issue Resolved at 12:00 pm on 5/29/19: CU Alert: All Production Services Now Available As of 12:00 p.m. all production services have been restored. There are no outstanding issues.

Issue Update at 11:03 am on 5/29/19: System Administration Email (CU.edu) is now available. All remaining production services continue to be unavailable. UIS is working to restore remaining services and will provide more information as it becomes available.

Enterprise Applications including Campus Solutions & Portals

UIS will perform service maintenance on enterprise applications from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 16.

Impact

During the maintenance window, Campus Solutions, MyCUInfo, Buff Portal, and some of the resources accessed through these services will be unavailable (see Unavailable Services below). There will also be a delay in campus IdentiKey provisioning.

Jira

The Jira work management service will undergo an upgrade that will make it unavailable from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12. This downtime is necessary to upgrade Jira to the latest version.

Impact

Jira will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Service Issue Resolved on 3/5/2025 at 2:34 PM: We believe the OIT Jira instance (jira.colorado.edu) has recovered and is functioning normally. Platform Engineering is monitoring the service and looking at possible causes.

MS Teams issues with call queue and auto attendants

Service Issue Resolved on 3/3/2025 at 2:01 PM: MS Teams auto attendants and call queues are functioning normally after Microsoft resolution of issues. 

Service Issue Reported on 3/3/2025 at 10:24 AM: Users may experience failures when placing calls to Microsoft Teams provisioned auto attendants and call queues. Microsoft is working on the issue.

Microsoft 365 Services

Service Restored at 4:30 p.m. on 3/1/25: Microsoft has restored its Microsoft 365 services. They will be performing extended monitoring to ensure that the service remains stable, and to address any outstanding impact to other Microsoft 365 services.

Service Issue Reported at 2:36 p.m. on 3/1/25: OIT is aware of an issue accessing Microsoft 365 services. Microsoft has confirmed the service disruption that is impacting some users. They are currently investigating and working to resolve the issue.

IdentiKey Manager

An internal business process will cause delays in IdentiKey processing for up to 24 hours beginning at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5.

Impact

During the processing period, users may experience delays in IdentiKey creation and IdentiKey Manager (identikey.colorado.edu) changes.

Service Restored on 2/27/2025 at 1:49 PM: Stream2 issue has been resolved by the vender. OIT will monitor Stream2 throughout the day.
