Intermittent VPN Errors

Identity Manager down for emergency maintenance

Service Restored at 8:00 PM on 10/22/2025: OIT has completed maintenance. All services are operational. 

Service Issue Reported at 6:00 PM on 10/22/2025: OIT is performing emergency maintenance that will impact the Identity Manager site and Aurora. Identikey account claiming and account changes (including password resets) will experience delays and timeouts. This maintenance should finish by 8:00 PM.

Identity Manager, Microsoft MFA Resets, and Aurora Delays

Service Restored at 12:25 PM on 10/22/2025: OIT has resolved the delays affecting Identity Manager, Microsoft MFA resets, and Aurora. 

Service Issue Reported at 11:06 AM on 10/22/2025: OIT is aware of an issue with our Identity Manager system. As a result, Microsoft MFA resets, Aurora, and Identikey account changes (including password resets) are all experiencing delays and timeouts. We are currently investigating the issue.

West District Energy Plant Network Outage

Service Restored at 2:30 AM on 9/30/2025: The West District Energy Plant (WDEP) network is back online; all services are confirmed up and functional. 

Service Issue Reported at 12:14 AM on 9/30/2025: The West District Energy Plant (WDEP) is experiencing a network outage. OIT's Network Team is monitoring the situation.

Grandview Network Outage

Service Restored at 4:40 PM on 9/30/2025: The Athn-230A network issue has been resolved and network services are confirmed to be online and operational.

Service Issue Updated at 12:01 PM on 9/30/2025: Power has been restored and network services are back online. Athn-230A is still reporting down. OIT's Network Team is monitoring for restore.

PlayPosit Grades Not Syncing to Canvas

Service Restored at 11:37 AM on 10/7/2025: PlayPosit has reported the grade sync with Canvas issue is resolved. Please be sure to re-sync any bulbs that were experiencing the issue to ensure all grades are accurate.

Service Issue Updated at 3:59 PM on 9/30/2025: Intermittent errors continue to occur when automatically syncing PlayPosit grades to Canvas. OIT has engaged the vendor and is working to identify a solution.

Wireless Network Issues in Old Main

Service Restored at 7:53 AM on 9/16/2025: The network in Old Main has been restored.

Service Issue Reported at 8:42 AM on 9/15/2025: OIT has received reports that devices are unable to connect to either UCB Wireless or UCB Guest in the Old Main building. Our networking team is investigating the issue.

Teams AudioCode 405 HD Phones Down

Service Restored on 6/4/2025 at 1:51 PM: Microsoft has resolved the issue and the phones are working. 

Service Issue Updated on 6/4/2025 at 11:59 AM: Microsoft is working on the issue affecting AudioCodes 405HD phones in North America. 

Service Issue Reported on 6/4/2025 at 9:36 AM: All Teams AudioCodes 405HD phones are showing "Registration Failure" error and are not working. OIT has engaged the vendor.
