Issue Resolved at 12:00 pm on 5/29/19: CU Alert: All Production Services Now Available As of 12:00 p.m. all production services have been restored. There are no outstanding issues.
Issue Update at 11:03 am on 5/29/19: System Administration Email (CU.edu) is now available. All remaining production services continue to be unavailable. UIS is working to restore remaining services and will provide more information as it becomes available.
ServiceNow, OIT’s primary service management tool, will undergo an upgrade on Friday, September 19 from 7:15 - 11:50 p.m. This maintenance is necessary to upgrade ServiceNow to Yokohama, the latest version of the software. Learn more about this update from the ServiceNow Yokohama release notes.
ServiceNow will not be available during the maintenance window. Active user sessions will be terminated when the upgrade starts at 7:15 p.m.
The Jira work management service will undergo an upgrade that will make it unavailable from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10. This downtime is necessary to upgrade Jira to the latest version.

The campus’s VPN will undergo a software upgrade between 5:30 and 7:30 a.m. on Friday, September 5. Those who are using the VPN during the time of the upgrade window may be disconnected from the VPN and need to log in again. This maintenance is necessary to address bugs in the current code version and is recommended by the VPN vendor.
Those who are using the Cisco Secure Client VPN during the maintenance window may be disconnected from the VPN and need to reconnect.
