Service Issue Reported at 10:58 AM on 3/5/26: OIT is aware of membership sync issues between Grouper to AD and Azure. OIT has identified the cause and are working on a fix.
Service Restored at 12:15 PM on 3/2/26: UIS has deployed a fix to resolve the intermittent disruptions affecting multiple services and has moved to a monitoring status. They are actively monitoring the environment to confirm the fix has resolved the issue.
Service Restored at 3:50 PM on 2/26/2026: The issue has been resolved. Application installation for all programs in Software Center is working.
Service Issue Updated at 1:30 PM on 1/23/2026: OIT is continuing to work with Microsoft and waiting for a permanent fix. We have, however, developed a temporary work around, restoring the ability for Windows Secure Computing customers to install applications from Software Center.
The CATV channels were restored and the service is operating as expected.
Service Issue Reported at 10:17 AM on 12/22/2025: The following CATV channels are currently down: KDVR-FOX, KBDI-PBS, KDEN-TMNDO, and KCNC-CBS. OIT has engaged the vendor.
Service Restored at 12:41 AM on 11/17/2025: The intermittent login errors for the VPN service have been resolved.
Service Issue Updated at 10:00 AM on 11/17/2025: OIT has received continued reports of issues connecting to the VPN. We are continuing to work with the vendor on resolving the issue.
Service Restored at 8:00 PM on 10/22/2025: OIT has completed maintenance. All services are operational.
Service Issue Reported at 6:00 PM on 10/22/2025: OIT is performing emergency maintenance that will impact the Identity Manager site and Aurora. Identikey account claiming and account changes (including password resets) will experience delays and timeouts. This maintenance should finish by 8:00 PM.
Service Restored at 12:25 PM on 10/22/2025: OIT has resolved the delays affecting Identity Manager, Microsoft MFA resets, and Aurora.
Service Issue Reported at 11:06 AM on 10/22/2025: OIT is aware of an issue with our Identity Manager system. As a result, Microsoft MFA resets, Aurora, and Identikey account changes (including password resets) are all experiencing delays and timeouts. We are currently investigating the issue.
Service Restored at 5:17 PM on 10/20/2025: Canvas and Canvas Studio services have been restored and are being monitored for stability. Canvas status is available at https://status.instructure.com/.
Service Restored at 2:30 AM on 9/30/2025: The West District Energy Plant (WDEP) network is back online; all services are confirmed up and functional.

Service Restored at 4:40 PM on 9/30/2025: The Athn-230A network issue has been resolved and network services are confirmed to be online and operational.
